Video: Beck’s Record Club covers INXS’ ‘Guns in the Sky’ as part of ‘Kick’ project

INXS, 'Kick'

The ever-quirky Beck today revealed the fourth album to be covered — and the first foray into the ’80s — by his online project Record Club: the 1987 smash Kick by INXS, which he’ll perform track-by-track with St. Vincent, Liars and Brazilian legends Os Mutantes. The first glimpse, via TwentyFour Bit, is opening track “Guns in the Sky,” posted above. Beck and Co. so far have covered The Velvet Underground and Nico, The Songs of Leonard Cohen and Skip Spence’s Oar.
