Video: a-ha’s ‘Butterfly, Butterfly (The Last Hurrah),’ off ’25: The Very Best Of’

With their worldwide farewell tour well underway, Norwegian pop trio a-ha last week released the music video for their final single, “Butterfly, Butterfly (The Last Hurrah).” The clip, shown above, is directed by Steve Barron, and promotes the band’s just-released 2CD retrospective 25: The Very Best Of.

  1. I had the pleasure of seeing A-ha at the LA show in May, a stunning performance that I will never forget.

These guys will pass from life into legend soon, they never put out a ‘bad’ album like so many of their counterparts.

Playing shows to 25K people, pretty amazing for a band who in the US only had 1 big hit.

They are truly ending on a high note, and will be very missed. Hopefully Savoy will continue to make music, and Morten will make solo albums.
