Full-album stream: Peter Murphy, ‘Ninth’

Peter Murphy, 'Ninth'

The folks at Nettwerk Music have done a good job these past few months teasing Peter Murphy’s upcoming album Ninth with a steady parade of preview tracks, and now that its release is imminent — the record arrives here in the U.S. on Tuesday — the label is streaming the full 11-track album.

You can check out the whole record start-to-finish via the Soundcloud player embedded below, and, if you’re in New York or California, you also can catch the former Bauhaus leader playing a series of select album-release shows and in-store acoustic sets and signings beginning Tuesday in the Big Apple. Full dates are listed here.

  2. His voice, an instrument that fills, mends and opens my ears and my heart (most times simultaneously). Thank you for posting this, it is so great to experience this new release…and even more while anticipating seeing him perform soon.
