BACKSTORY: Pylon Records releases an expanded reissue of the debut mini-LP on vinyl and, for the first time ever, CD from late-’80s Los Angeles post-punk trio, one of the only American bands to have released a single — 1985′s “Smiling Monarchs” — on Manchester’s legendary Factory Records (see full tracklist).

ARTIST : Ministry
RELEASE: Relapse
BACKSTORY: Al Jourgensen and Co. this week release their 2012 reunion album in a limited-edition gatefold vinyl set. The album, which features the guitar work of the late Mike Scaccia, includes tracks such as “Ghouldiggers,” “Kleptocracy,” “99 Percenters,” “Weekend Warrior,” “Get Up Get Out ‘n’ Vote” and more.
