Stream/Download: Auto Reverse — Slicing Up Eyeballs Mixtape (September/October 2013)

Auto Reverse September October 2013

Well, this is a tad more than just a little embarrassing. We’re not just a couple weeks behind, but, rather, nearly two months late in posting the next installment in the Auto Reverse mixtape series — so late, in fact, that we’ve gone ahead and made it a double.

Below you can stream via Mixcloud, or download, at least for a limited time, four 45-minute sides brimming with great music new and vintage from your favorite ’80s alternative artists. That’s the September and October mixtapes all bundled together into one very belated package.

This double cassette features brand-new music from the Pixies, Mazzy Star, Johnny Marr, The Mission, Tears For Fears and OMD, plus old favorites by the likes of New Order, The Sisters of Mercy, Thomas Dolby, Peter Gabriel, Blondie, The B-52s, Ian McCulloch, Love and Rockets and the Ramones (who we like so much we inadvertently used the same song of theirs twice. Oops).

Check it about below — and enjoy.
