  1. Rad show tonite! Again, thanx for playing Altered Images’ “Love and Kisses.”

  2. SO glad this program exists. Reminds me how good and how diverse this scene was and let’s me discover I few I missed at the time! Still looking to hear The Same Dream-Clan Of Xymox

  3. Great to hear Duran Duran “The Chauffeur,” The Damned, Killing Joke, and so many other gems.

  4. Black Rainbow- Psychic TV

  5. Matt, First Of All, I Would Like To Thank You For Playing “The Chauffeur” By Duran Duran. I Didn’t Think You Were Going To Play Any Duran Duran On Your Show That Evening. In Fact, I Remember Requesting “The Seventh Stranger” By Duran Duran Several Months Ago But I Guess You Don’t Have That Song. In Fact, “The Seventh Stranger” and “Before The Rain” ☔ Are Similar Songs To “The Chauffeur” Believe Or Not. Once Again, Thank You For Playing “The Chauffeur”. P.S. Some DJ For KUNV 91.5 HD2 Radio Was Playing “The Chauffeur” For The St. Valentine’s Day Show. Thanks.

  6. Hi Matt

How about in honor of OMD’s new album and tour we hear “La Femme Accident”? a pleasant little ditty with a super sad overtone. Thanks Bob

  7. Not sure if you saw it on the Facebook page, since the website was down then, but I would really love it if you played !Bang Elektronika’s “Ich Bin So Ätzend” on the next show! :)

  8. Mat Gillespie

    Matt!!!
I’m not just saying this because you played a few of my requests, but because I loved almost everything that was played! Ceremony, Burn, Halo, Chauffer, no new tale (just saw pop tone in Tempe last week and they were great), Maria by Sylvia, a little Simple Minds, strawberry switchblade, altered images, PIL,… etc etc etc…. wow great set.

I am seeing Jesus and Mary Chain this Friday in LA and the next day U2 at the Rose Bowl…

Needless to say I’m way geeked!

In honor of this my requests for Sunday are as follows:
As dark a U2 song as I could think of off of the Joshua Tree: Exit
And from the new J&MC record:
    Song for a Secret

Thanks Again for Keeping the Darkness alive!

  9. That’s an outstanding playlist!
