  1. Excellent show tonight!

  2. Yup, stellar set. Thanks for the Ultravox!

  3. Great show, though I could’ve sworn I head The Jam’s version of That’s Entertainment. Some suggestions for next week:

    This Ascension – Just Assassin
    The Sound – Winning
Autumn – How It Came To Be This Way

  4. Hi Matt, great show as always. Love it when live tracks get played, so for next week, I want to request something off of Fields of the Nephilim’s “Earth Inferno,” maybe “Moonchild?”

  5. Great list tonight Matt!

  6. Hi Matt – thanks for playing my Peter Hook request. I wish he’d make more solo stuff like that more often. On to next week :

    Simple Minds – Changeling

Meat Beat Manifesto – Helter Skelter (original version)

    Noise Unit – In Vain

    Danse Society – Dance/Move

  7. Good show last night, Matt! Really enjoyed the mix of live and cover songs you’ve been working in.

Here are a couple of requests for a possible Dark Wave in the near future –

Tubeway Army – Something’s in the House
The Cramps – Aloha From Hell (or any Cramps song, as 10/21 would have been Lux’s birthday)

    Thanks as always!

  8. I really wish this would be a permanent channel.

  9. Hi Matt

How about “Too Clever by Half” by David J? Thanks!

    • Yes ! Would love to hear Too Clever by Half as well. Basically, it’s a Jazz Butcher song. The entire crew from ’84 – ’85 era Jazz Butcher made this one (Dave, Max, Jones, but no Pat Fish). Great song, especially the lovely guitar-work by the legend Max Eider.

  10. Another great show last night Matt!

  11. Great Show Matt

An idea for next week as I haven’t heard this band in a while

dhi (Death & Horror inc) – Chemical Land

    thx

  12. Hi Matt! Awesome show last night. Got a request for the third hour. Plan on listening to ring in my birthday this year and would love to hear Cold by The Cure. Thanks!

  13. Great show!
    Please next time
    The The “Good morning Beautiful”
    The Mission UK “Never Again”
    Thanks

  14. The Sound‘s „Winning“ is a great request!!
The Legendary Pink Dots „Love Puppets“ I hope too!

  15. Request a classic: Dessau cover of “Isolation”

  16. Some kind of episode.

    This week’s Darkness Award:
    Propaganda, “Dr. Mabuse”

    Request for future show:
    Front Line Assembly, “Outcast”

  17. Good show. Was surprised by the KMFDM pick, nevertheless still a good track. And Supernaut is a classic.

I know that I’ve asked before and you didn’t select it, but could you please play an Econoline Crush track? Their early shit is some good dark 90s industrial. Some good ones are

    Pssyche (Killing Joke cover)
    T.D.M.
    Nowhere Now
    Wicked
    Blunt
    Close
    Cruel World

  18. Kraftwerk and Nine Inch Nails are up for the Rock and Roll Hame of Fame class of 2020. How about “Europe Endless” and/or “Dead Souls”? Thanks!

  19. As always, you put on a great show, Matt! For the Autumn season and with Halloween approaching, how about some London After Midnight’s “Spider and the Fly” for either the Sunday, October 20 or 27 show? Thanks!

  20. Really enjoyed the Gary Numan Intro, as the rest of the show. What about: New Order – Cries & Whispers (Cargo Demo). Thanks!
