  1. I loved tonight’s Halloween edition!! I am looking forward to next weeks Bauhaus edition!! Great show Matt!

  2. Hi Matt,

As usual – another cool Halloween special last night. Thanks for playing some Cabaret Voltaire – I appreciated that. Also, was awesome hearing “Serial Killers …” by Front 242. And any broadcast when you can fit in some Jazz Butcher will always be one of my favorite shows. On to the Bauhaus suggestions for next Sunday :

Of course, basically anything by Bauhaus

David J : Candy On The Cross (featuring Peter Murphy)

    Daniel Ash : Flame On

Peter Murphy : The Light Pours Out of Me (Original version)

    Love & Rockets : I Feel Speed

    Tones on Tail : Twist

  3. Thanks for a smashing great line-up last night, Matt! Notables for me were Nitzer Ebb, Killing Joke, and Bauhaus.

Of course, my heart is Depeche Mode. They were a huge imprint on the soundtrack of my life in the 80s & 90s. So for next week, it’d be great to hear DM “Black Celebration”, if you you please.

    HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

  4. Rockin” 1988 Speak of the Devil by Jon Cells. The best background vocal screams you will ever hear. This track is becoming a staple on the Halloween rotation and playlists. Thanks! https://www.pandora.com/artist/jon-cells/speak-of-the-devil-single/speak-of-the-devil/TRJjt77lfffgPJ2

  6. Thanks for the Jazz Butcher, and the great show in general. Loved the last half of hour three especially.

Don’t know if you’ve got the set list for the Bauhaus show set (very much looking forward to that), but if you could sneak in ‘Crowds’ or ‘Swing the Heartache’, I’d be obliged.

    Thanks again.

  7. Spooktacular episode !!!

    This week’s Darkness Award:
    Bauhaus, “Bela Lugosi’s Dead”

    “I never drink… wine.” – Dracula (1931)

Request for the ‘All Bauhaus’ Edition:
Bauhaus, “1. David Jay 2. Peter Murphy 3. Kevin Haskins 4. Daniel Ash”

    Why? One word… Fishcakes.

  8. Ken Carlyle

Kudos on another spooktacular Halloween edition of Dark Wave, Matt. Always a treat and that is quite a trick to pull off. Keep up the grave work!

  9. Thanks for the Halloween edition, Matt!

Also, hope you, and any others, going to see Bauhaus this weekend have a great time!

Here are a few possible requests for Sunday’s specialty -themed show –

Poptone – Mirror People (or any cover they do)

Looking forward to the favs and deep cuts that will be played on Sunday. Thanks!
