  1. Can you play “Soon” by My Bloody Valentine next Sunday? Thanx!

  2. love! Love!! LOVED!!! the show last night, Matt. Another spectacular arrangement of tracks & deep cuts. Notable standouts for me were Ministry, Kommunity FK, CCCP, Cabaret Voltaire……and I especially appreciated hearing Depeche Mode “Black Celebration”–the Dark Wave unofficial theme song–in the lineup. Many, many thanks for playing my request!
KEEP ON SPINNIN’ FOR THE MASSES!

  3. Great show Matt! Thanks for Hollow Hills xxx loved the whole 3 hours!

  4. A little bit different from what you usually play, but still might fit the bill: how about playing Fear Factory’s cover of “Cars” (with Gary Numan on guest vocals) for next show?

And also, how about “Telecommunication” by A Flock of Seagulls?

  5. Farooq Malik

Thanks so very much…I got to hear Like an animal… by the Glove once more.

    A small request please
Could you play the original version of Nowhere Girl by B- Movie? Not the modern electronic version.
Either that or a remix of Remembrance Day?

I used to have the CD single of Nowhere Girl with 2 remixes of RD… lost it in an apartment fire.

Thanks if you can… love your show

  6. Nice playlist this week! Some suggestions for the next show:

    For Against – Sabres
    Naked Raygun – Soldier’s Requiem
    The Smiths – Jeane

  7. Hi Matt, thanks for playing the Pink Turns Blue request. Also, loved hearing the Section 25 and A Certain Ration songs. On to suggestions for next week :

Front Line Assembly – Evil Playground (or anything from Flavour of the Weak)
And Also the Trees – Gone Like The Swallows
Joy Division – As You Said
New Order – Turn The Heater On

    Thank you.

  8. Matt,

First time, long time here. Love all your shows.

Enjoyed hearing the new Cure track this past week. Trust by The Cure would be a great way to open or close an upcoming show.

    All the best..

  9. What a great lineup of songs, Matt!

Here are a couple requests for a possible Dark Wave in the near future –

Wire – Two People In a Room
Wall of Voodoo – Back in Flesh

    Thanks as always!

  10. Matthew H Gurrola

For next week: Clan of Xymox -Jasmine and Rose. They played a great show in Minneapolis last night.

  11. I’d love to hear:

    Moskwa TV – Generator 7/8
Les Rita Mitsouko – ce comme ca
    Moev – 90 Minutes
I Start Counting – Letters to a Friend

  12. Dr. Kitty Boy (Chris Schneider)

I would love to hear “Wonderful” by Adam Ant. I know it’s a mid 90’s song but always has been one of my favorite darker alternative songs that you just don’t hear very often.

  13. Happy New Year, Matt!
Can you play Colony by Joy Division?
Love Peter Hook’s choppy bass in that one. Thanks
