Great last night that Sex Pistols “Anarchy In The UK” was really the lead song of the dark wave program, unless it was the last song of the first wave program. I have a story to tell about that song: New Order used to use that as an intro to when they played live, I have 2 audience recordings I made of 2 different shows they played in my town, New York City, back in December 1986, then again in August 1987, either way, it’s great to hear Sex Pistols, anywhere, anytime. But I digress, THANK YOU for playing MY request for Dead Or Alive with Wayne in the band, and getting to hear JAMC, Siouxsie, the Dead Or Alive was awesome, to say the least…next week I request Gene Loves Jezebel, how about Shaving My Neck, or Screaming For Emmaline. Let’s dig deep again…

  25. Hi Matt, thanks for playing my request (Richard H Kirk : “Hipnotic”). Love the sound of that whole album – very 1985 Cabaret Voltaire-ish ….

How about some Lush next week ? Maybe something from 2016’s return EP with “Out of Control” ?

    • Oops, forgot to mention – if you can’t fit the Lush request in during the next broadcast, any upcoming week is fine. Thank you.
