  15. Hi Matt,

Can’t believe you played PWEI’s “Touched by the Hand of Cicciolina” ! Not sure how popular that one was in the US, but I had a copy of that song and heard it played a few times over the boarder here in Western NY off of Toronto’s CFNY back in the day. Thought I was the only one that heard of it haha ! Anyway, thanks for playing that.

Next week, how’s about Sylvian and Sakamoto’s “Forbidden Colours” (Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence) ?

  16. Great show, I’d like to request World Domination Enterprises “Asbestos Lead Asbestos”. Thanks on advance.

B- Movie Nowhere Girl… original version ONLY please!!!
Not the redone version. Thank you

  22. Enjoy it all, Matt! Choice Ski Patrol/The Cure/Pailhead/Slowdive tracks!

Here are a couple of requests –

    Joy Division – Komakino
And anything off of Suicide’s debut album, as it was released in this month back in 1977(!)

    Thanks!

PS – Not sure if anyone else noticed or got it on their feed, but I heard Aztec Camera’s “Oblivious” instead of Galaxie 500. Just wanted to give a friendly heads up on that.

  23. Harley David-son by Bollock Brothers or anything from the Fall. Thanks great shows.

  24. Peter J. Socki

Hi Matt! Huge fan of the show! I listen every week or on the app. You’re playlists are phenomenal and have really helped me out during this crappy tough year.

My birthday is on December 18. I was hoping you could play 39 by The Cure. I’ll be turning that age this year.

    Thanks man!

  25. Great show! One of these weeks could you open the show with that Yaz song? Thanks!

  26. Constantine

Shiver and Shake by The Cure please Matt

    Thanks

  27. MCL!!!! Loved it, thanks Matt!! How about ‘Say Hello, Wave Goodbye’/Soft Cell?
    Thank you :)

  28. Godlike episode.

    This week’s Darkness Award:
    Meat Beat Manifesto, “God O.D.”

  29. Good show, Matt!

How about playing The Bollock Brothers – Harley David (Son of a Bitch)? Maybe Curve’s Turkey Crossing?

    Many thanks!

  30. richard ungar

You show up every week and man how I appreciate your show.
    Never stop. Not ever.

    Request? Stranglers Blue Sister.

And SUCH a great show Sunday!

  31. Hi Matt !

Can you play Heads Will Roll by the Bunnymen please

    Thanks

  32. Been listening to your Sirius broadcast for the past few months. Takes me back to my teenage years in the late 80s. Loved your drop of PWEI on the latest show. As an aging rivethead, it’s great to hear tracks from the glory days. The late 80s Chicago scene punched out so much great music on the Wax Trax! label, etc. and it’s great to hear it get played on your show.
Could you drop ‘Welcome to America’ by Die Warzau? – or anything off PWEI’s ‘This is the Day… This is the Hour… This is This!’ ???

  33. Great show.

Could you play Digging My Grave by The Flesh Eaters next week?

  34. It was great to hear Gun club, the church, and the humans. Jackie Obis a great cut

  35. Yes! to hearing The Boos on here, good choice – can I suggest Towards The Light for next week..? Also, if you’re playing Slowdive et al nowadays, how about some early Verve – Gravity Grave, She’s A Superstar, Endless Life…? And This Mortal Coil – You And Your Sister or Mr Somewhere…

  36. Stumbled onto the site recently and, holy shit, I dig it. Reminds me of blasting a lot of this stuff in the dorms in the 80’s. In fact, my roomie turned me on to The Cure and I ruined them for him because I listened to them too much! Apologies if these requests have already been played:
Magazine: The Light Pours Out of Me
    Love and Rockets: Motorcycle
    New Order: Procession
Concrete Blonde: Song for Kim (She Said)
    The Cult: Love

  37. What a terrific show yet again!! Could you squeeze in the following tracks in the next few weeks?

    For Against – Amen Yves
    The Essence – In Tears

  38. Kommunity FX. I hadn’t heard that song since watching Tele-tunes in Denver on Saturday mornings. I know it’s too late for a request for this Sunday, but maybe some Cabaret Voltaire/Don’t Argue for the next?

    Thanks for your show Matt.

  39. I know this request is too late but I would like to hear things by Rozz Williams from Shadow Project (death plays his role… Or static Jesus) or maybe Daucus Karota (angel)
