Got a request? To be considered for next week’s show, drop it in the comments below by noon Tuesday. Requests will be considered as long as they fit the show’s format and generally within the 1stWave era — and provided the host doesn’t harbor an intense dislike of the song.

  1. Hi Matt, Excellent show tonight! Could you please play
MCL – New York for next Sunday?

  2. Can you dig up “No Time To Cry” by the Sisters of Mercy for next Sunday’s “Dark Wave”? Thanx!

  3. I had never heard the Rozz William cover of 10CC. That was great. Thanks for that and a great show.

For next week could I request either
The March Violets “Lights Go Out” or
    Mary Go Round “The Eagle”

    Thanks. Have a great week.

  4. Dane Weldon

A winner as always. Anything from Pretty Hate Machine is a trip down memory lane.

Could you play a recommended The Merry Thoughts track? Please and thank you.

  5. Mark Green

Thanks Matt for another great show. Got to experience some new and really good bands tonight.

  6. Wow! That was such a great show tonight! Thank you so so much for playing Total Recall by the Sound! Made my week!!! Such an amazing song. I was also excited to hear This Mortal Coil! Such a talented group. Thank you for playing them! I liked hearing Villers Terrace by Echo and Sinking by The Cure as well! Also, The Passion of Lovers was an excellent choice for the last song!

  17. The only reason SiriusXM gets my dough is because of Matt Sebastian, true story plain and simple.

Before they went straight-up John Hughes, the first three albums by OMD need to be heard before anyone dies.

Never Stop Matt and VIVA the Sugarcubes!!
