  1. Outstanding show as always, quite a few welcome classics were played. Thank you for the Thrill Kill Kult. My wife just gifted me an original Twitch vinyl, so may I hear:

    Ministry- Over the Shoulder

Thank you for this Easter communion.

  2. Can you PLEASE dig up “Dear Heart” by the Cocteau Twins for next Sunday’s show?! Thanx!

  3. A fun darkwave Easter tonight! Thank you Matt! Definitely loved golden air by Sun Signature.

  4. I was just listening to “Head Cut” the other day. That Gavin Friday to Monochrome Set run was the highlight for me. Though the New Order sides block was a close second.

Thanks for another great show. Have a good week.

  5. Hey Matt, great Easter/Passover/Ramadan show!
I don’t know if this is to obscure a song, but if anyone can do it, I know you’re the man, “Skin and lye” Malign.

  6. Jesus and Mary Chain – Here Comes Alice

  7. Constantine

    Awesome show last night !!

Can you try and dig up this version of Forever by the Cure if possible, from B-Side of Concert cassette tape

One of my favorite Cure rarities/anomalies

    The Cure – Forever (Live/Zenith, Paris 5/84)

    Constantine

  8. Loved the New Order block! The Other Two have always been personal faves, perhaps moreso now given the ongoing feud between Barney and Hooky. Their second album has some gems on it too, perhaps “Super Highways” next week?

  9. Another beauty of a show Matt! Could you possibly play:

The Sisters of Mercy – Fix (Neverland Remix)
New Order – Your Silent Face (2015 Remaster)

    Thanks much as always!!

  10. A most glorious show last night!

Speaking of last night, could you please play Lush’s “Last Night (Hexadecimal Dub Mix)” on next Sunday’s show?

    Thanks!

  11. Agreed with the NO block!

    Here are some requests –

Wall of Voodoo – Ring of Fire
    PiL – Low Life

  12. Loved your show as always! Would you play Depeche Mode – One Caress? Thank you for your consideration.

  13. Consider Bright Eyes – Road to Joy, Hot Knives, Lua
The Clash – Straight to Hell
Martha Wainwright – Blood Mother Fucker

  14. Strong episode.

    This week’s Darkness Award:
This Mortal Coil, “Strength of Strings”

    Request for future show:
    Front 242, “W.Y.H.I.W.Y.G.”

Can we blast open the DarkWave doors with this song as a show opener, or slam them shut as a closer?

  15. Hi Matt – How ‘bout something from the new LOOP record, Sonancy, next week?
    Thanks.

  16. Great show this week, I love that version of Terrible Lie. For the next show would you be able to play Michael Hutchence’s version of “The Passenger” or The Cure’s “Shake Dog Shake”? Thanks.

  17. Loved how you played JD, Electronic, Revenge, Monaco, & The Other Two w/o playing New Order, brilliant Matt.
Request: songs by bands w/o key personnel…..such as Enlighten Me – Echo or This is England – Clash….love your show!

  18. Azrael Abyss, The Lord of Sorrow

It’s the ecstacy of the unearthly. Wee! A few requests for the coming weeks:

    Wumpscut – Wreath of Barbs

  19. Hey Matt, I know you must be a Skinny Puppy fan since nary a week goes by you don’t play something of theirs. I wanted to request a favorite of mine.

  21. Hi matt great show as always sometimes i listen to the show 2 x over from sunday! I think you should play THE CURE ( Facination street ) Please!!!!

  22. The band is Chakk the song is You

If you have something else by them that is fine too.
My hats off to anyone who has so much knowledge of cool music.

  23. How about so what….anything from. Mixed up…..do you really stop looking at these on Tuesday? I need just a little more time…

  24. Hey Matt,

I know it’s late for this week, and I’m not sure whether you see it as a fit for the show, but Sinead O’Conner’s Lion and the Cobra cassette was one that was worn out by me. I think “Jerusalem” would be a good addition to a future playlist.

  25. I probably listen to the show about 8x per week. I stream it in my office all week, usually a couple of times a day. I don’t know what I’d do without it.

  26. Matt thank you for playing my request of Pineapple Face from Revenge last Sunday. Love how you turned it into a block of New Order adjacent music. Made me wonder if you could do an entire show in the future like that. So many bands and offshoot projects that you could easily fill an entire Darkwave show with it. Think about it. Hope you consider it!
