Famed Minneapolis imprint Twin/Tone Records — re-launched to release the first new Suicide Commandos album in 39 years — has begun uploading archival live video from bands like The Replacements, as well as old music videos by the label’s acts, to its YouTube channel.

Reunited Minneapolis punk trio The Suicide Commandos have just released a music video for “Boogie’s Coldest Acre,” off the band’s very belated follow-up to their 1978 debut Make a Record. The 13-track Time Bomb will be released May 5 on the newly reactivated Twin/Tone Records label.

The Suicide Commandos — the pioneering Minneapolis band that paved the way for Hüsker Dü, The Replacements and Soul Asylum — this spring will release the very belated follow-up to their 1978 debut Make a Record, a 13-track album titled Time Bomb that will be issued on the newly reactivated Twin/Tone Records label.
