U2 shipping ‘Artificial Horizon’ exclusive remix CD to fan-club members

U2, 'Artificial Horizon'

U2 today informed fans that it has begun shipping Artificial Horizon, the free remix album being sent to paying members of the band’s website. The 13-track disc — a sequel of sorts to 1995’s fan-club Melon remix CD — features mixes of the band’s latter-period work by the likes of Trent Rreznor and David Holmes. An e-mail sent to subscribers today said the discs should arrive within seven to 21 business days. Paying members can also read a track-by-track review of the album — and hear audio samples of each mix — at U2.com.

More details on Artificial Horizon, including a full tracklist, are available here.
