Video: Depeche Mode’s Martin Gore, Alan Wilder at Recoil gig in Santa Ana, Calif.

While it wasn’t quite as momentous as last February’s performance of “Somebody” at London’s Royal Albert Hall, former Depeche Mode bandmates Alan Wilder and Martin Gore teamed up once again last night, with Gore appearing as a post-show DJ at Wilder’s Recoil performance in Santa Ana, Calif.

Above, you can see video of the two embracing after the show, and below we’ve got a clip of Wilder ending his set with “Personal Jesus” and then telling the crowd to stick around for Gore’s DJ set, plus some grainy footage of Gore spinning records later in the evening.

See more video from last night’s Recoil event after the jump…

  1. Judging by the sample, that was actually Boyz Noize’s remix of Personal Jesus.

  2. Excellent video footage. Thanks for sharing!
