BACKSTORY:
 John Lydon and Co.’s 1983 performance on the German television show “Rockpalast” is released this week in the U.K. on CD (a DVD version already is available). The 13-track set includes performances of “Public Image,” “Flowers of Romance,” “Memories,” “Chant” and “Annalisa.”
