So, it’s the first week of June, and here we are once again with the latest in our monthly series of Auto Reverse mixtapes — two 45-minute sides of music to help ease you through your day. Below, you can stream or download the two sides, jammed up, as always, with vintage ’80s college rock and some fresh new tracks.

This month’s tape includes brand new, live and previously unreleased recordings from Ian McCulloch, Ultravox, Robyn Hitchcock and World Party, plus favorites new and old from The Go-Betweens, Gang of Four, The The, KMFDM, Love and Rockets, The Cure and more.

  1. Always a GEM my friend. Thank you for working on this everymonth and for sharing!

  2. This is a very good selection of tracks. Can’ see the appeal of Erasure though.

  3. Gotta love the go-betweens – so understated

  4. The tracklisting is incorrect on side B. The song after Save it for Later is Morrissey’s “Will Never Marry.” then “Faron Young.” Nothing but Flowers is not on here.

  5. good mix. i always dump these down to a real TDK then listen to them.

  6. How do you get around the copyright issues uploading these to Soundcloud?
