Video: New Model Army, ‘March in September’ — first single off ‘Between Dog and Wolf’

New Model Army

As we reported last month, long-running U.K. post-punk act New Model Army returns this fall with its 12th studio album and first in four years — and now we’re getting the first taste of the upcoming Between Dog and Wolf via the music video for first single “March in September.”

As you can see below, the Matt Reid-directed clip mixes live performance shots of bandleader Justin Sullivan and his cohorts with footage culled from the forthcoming feature-length documentary “Between Dog and Wolf: The New Model Army Story,” which is due out sometime in 2014.

The Between Dog and Wolf album will be released Sept. 24.

  1. Wow – superb stuff.

  2. Fantastic song. New Model Army are the only band left still making great records. I cannot even think of one other legendary act who makes good records at this point in time.

  3. Absolutely cannot wait for this LP. They are legendary, and they do still bring it.

My favorite band of all time

  4. The first minute or so of this sends chills down my spine.
