Universal Music is advising Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark fans who’ve purchased the just-released deluxe-edition reissue of Junk Culture to return their copies to the retailers from which they purchased the album as it’s being re-pressed because of errors on Disc 2.

Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark will reissue its fifth album, 1984’s pop comeback Junk Culture, in February as a two-disc Deluxe Edition that will find the original album fully remastered and supplemented by a disc of the era’s B-sides, extended remixes and five previously unreleased songs and demos.

Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark announced it will cancel the remainder of its North American tour — concerts that had been planned for Detroit, Minneapolis and Chicago — after drummer Malcolm Holmes suffered a medical emergency that forced the band to cut short tonight’s show in Toronto.

Tuesday marks the 25th anniversary of Depeche Mode’s iconic “Concert For the Masses,” a daylong show at the 100,000-seat Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., that also featured performances by Wire, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark and Thomas Dolby — and was, of course, filmed and recorded for ‘101.’
