It’s official: The Cure, New Order, Nine Inch Nails set for Lollapalooza 2013

As fully expected after last week’s big leak, the lineup for this summer’s Lollapalooza festival in Chicago was announced today, with headliners that include The Cure and Nine Inch Nails, as well as an appearance by New Order. Check out the full lineup below; three-day passes are sold out, but single-day tickets go on sale Wednesday.

Nine Inch Nails and New Order will play the fest’s first night, Aug. 2, while The Cure closes out the final night, Aug. 4. Other headliners at this year’s festival include The Killers, Mumford and Sons, Phoenix and The Postal Service.

The same weekend as Lollapalooza, both The Cure and New Order are slated to play the Osheaga Festival Musique et Arts in Montreal. Neither band has announced other North American dates yet this summer. New Order has indicated more U.S. concerts are due later this year.

  1. I wonder who would top the bill if The Cure and NIN played the same night?
