Blondie’s Debbie Harry joins Arcade Fire at Coachella to sing ‘Heart of Glass’

Debbie Harry and Arcade Fire

Having performed Blondie’s “Heart of Glass” at a pair of tour stops last week, Arcade Fire added a special treat during its Sunday night headlining set at Coachella: Debbie Harry herself, who joined the band to sing the 1978 hit. The Blondie frontwoman stuck around to lend a hand on Arcade Fire’s own “Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains).”

As Arcade Fire’s Win Butler tells the crowd at the end: “Debbie fucking Harry, everyone.”

Watch both of those performances below, courtesy of a webcast rip by Joel AFT.
