  7. One of your best shows last night, Matt! When “Ionia” came on, it instantly felt like I was in a real goth club! I have another request inspired by that, for some more darkwave from that year:

Love Is Colder Than Death – “Wild Word”

  8. Matt! As always a great listen on Monday morning.
I second Adrian’s’ requests above! Especially our poor Peter M…how sad. :(

  9. Constantine

    Hi Matt
Lycia “Ionia” was awesome last night. I was driving close to 1 am in pitch black night and heavy rain and just cranked it, so awesome.

Could I request Sinead O’Connor – “Troy” for Sunday’s show

    Thanks

  10. Really liked disco King song. Great show, thanks for playing Morissey song also.

  11. Neil Guzman

  12. Thanks for playing Colorbox Matt.

It’s been awhile since we heard any Consolidated. How about America Number One?

    Thanks again.

  13. Hi Matt, it seems that most people don’t know that Neil Young had his New Wave/Dark Wave moment in the early 80’s. He was hanging around with Devo and produced an album that sounded like Kraftwerk with guitars. Could you play Computer Age from the album Trans on next weeks show? Thanks for all you do.

  14. Loved the intro with Bloodletting. And a great David Bowie selection. Great show.

    Maybe next week:

    Iron Curtain “The Condos” or
Monaco “Under the Stars” off Music for Pleasure

    Thanks

  15. Matt my man! Care to weigh in on the air as to who you think “The Most Mysterious Song on the Internet” sounds like? Does this perhaps weigh any bells from back in your days in the underground? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPGf4liO-KQ

  16. I use to DJ on WFIT in the 80’s and 90’s and always loved to play this song. The Bollock Brothers “Harley David” one of the DJ’s had to edit it because the words “Son of a Bitch” so it was rerecorded “Bitch” backwards. Lol. Could you play this song? I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
    The “Cutter”

  17. Sterling episode.

    This week’s Darkness Award:
    Revolting Cocks, “No Devotion”

    Request for future show:
English Boy on the Love Ranch, “Sex Vigilante”

  18. Infinite Jester

Your show is always the best way to end the weekend!

Please consider playing “Diamonds & Loving Arms” by Boytronic. Thanks!

  19. Maybe from a bit later than the usual stuff you play, but how about ENGEL by RAMMSTEIN?

  20. Hmmm, Thursday. Too late for a request for Sunday ? If not, how about :

Killing Joke – Victory (7 minute version)
