Indie-rock gods Dinosaur Jr will mark the 30th anniversary of the band’s major-label breakthrough Where You Been by playing the 1993 album in its entirety at 11 concerts in London and New York City later this year, with special guests still to be announced.

The trio — J Mascis, Lou Barlow and Murph — will play four shows at The Garage in London in November, followed by seven dates at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, N.Y., in December.

There’s no on-sale date yet for the London shows, but a pre-sale for the New York dates begins at 10 a.m. Eastern on Tuesday, May 23. See dinosaurjr.com for more details.

According to the band, each concert will include a full performance of the 10-song album “followed by a set of songs from the band’s catalog.”

Where You Been was Dinosaur Jr’s fifth album and features one of the band’s biggest hits, “Start Choppin,” as well as “Out There,” “What Else Is New” and “Get Me.” It was recorded by the lineup of Mascis, Murph and bassist Mike Johnson, and would be Murph’s last album with the band before the original lineup of Mascis, Barlow and Murph reunited in the 2000s.
