The reunited Love and Rockets will now end the comeback tour they launched at the Cruel World festival last month with a three-night stand in Los Angeles, following the announcement this week of an additional show later this month at the 1,600-seat Theatre at Ace Hotel.

The band is now set to play the Ace Hotel venue on June 19, 20 and 21, with tickets to the just-announced show on the 21st getting a Goldenvoice pre-sale at 10 a.m. Pacific on Thursday, June 8, with the general on-sale following at 10 a.m. Pacific on Friday, June 9.

The trio — Daniel Ash, David J and Kevin Haskins — is now set to play a total of 18 shows in the U.S., following the addition of the L.A. dates and the cancelation of a planned concert in San Antonio, Texas.

Following Cruel World, they played dates in Oakland, California; Salt Lake City, Utah; Portland, Oregon; and Seattle; Washington. The tour resumes Monday night in St. Paul, Minnesota. See full dates below.

Prior to this tour, Love and Rockets had last performed live in 2008 with appearances at Coachella and Lollapalooza. The band’s last album was 1998’s Lift, and its last tour followed that in 1999.

The band is also in the midst of reissuing most of the trio’s albums on vinyl via a new Beggars Arkive campaign, which will include the release next week of My Dark Twin, a new two-disc set of outtakes from the sessions that led to 1996’s Sweet F.A.
