Porno For Pyros will embark on its first tour in 25 years this fall, hitting 21 cities in the U.S. as the band’s original lineup — Jane’s Addiction members Perry Farrell and Stephen Perkins, plus Peter DiStefano and Martyn LeNoble — works on a new album that’s expected out later this year.

The band, the post-Jane’s outlet for Farrell and Perkins, has played a few times in the last couple years in different configurations, but this will be the first full tour since a 1998 trek. The tour, dubbed “Horns, Thorns en Halos,” opens Oct. 28 near Sacramento, California, and continues through a Nov. 20 date in Austin, Texas.

A presale for tickets begins Wednesday, July 12, with additional presales throughout the week and the general on-sale set for 10 a.m. local time Friday, July 14, at livenation.com.

Porno For Pyros’ original run lasted from 1992 to 1998 and saw the release of two albums, 1993’s self-titled record, with the hit single “Pets,” and 1996’s Good God’s Urge.

Farrell and Perkins have been playing with the reunited Jane’s for going on two decades now, and that band also is working on new material, though guitarist Dave Navarro has been sidelined from recent touring — with original bassist Eric Avery back in the lineup — by long COVID.
