OMD debuts title track off upcoming 14th studio album “Bauhaus Staircase”

Long-running synthpop act Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark returns today with the title track off of the group’s forthcoming 14th studio album, Bauhaus Staircase — which marks OMD’s fourth full-length collection of new songs since reuniting in the mid-2000s.

The 12-track Bauhaus Staircase will be released Oct. 27 and is available for pre-order via The band is also selling limited-edition formats, including a CD with a second disc of album demos, via its UK web store.

Bauhaus Staircase follows the 2017 release of The Punishment of Luxury, which featured the singles “Isotype,” “The Punishment of Luxury,” “What Wave We Done” and “One More Time.”
