When former Yazoo frontwoman Alison Moyet this past February announced an extensive U.K. tour in support of her new album the minutes, she warned she had “no plans at this stage for tour dates beyond these,” a disappointment to fans in the U.S. and elsewhere.
It seems, though, she’s had a change of plans.
First she announced European concerts this September, and, now, she’s coming to the U.S. Moyet announced on Facebook this morning that she will perform three concerts in the U.S. this November in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City (see full details below).
Moyet writes:
“Flipping flip. I’m only going to play some gigs in the USA. Huzzah! I so can’t wait. I’ve got clean pants and everthang. Come while you can. I’m not getting any younger!” ~ Alison
According to Moyet, tickets for all three go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, although the New York City concert is now up on Ticketmaster and has four presales that begin tomorrow.

I couldn’t be happier that Alison will be playing San Francisco! I was so fortunate to see her in 1995 in San Francisco. She put on such a great show! Can’t wait to see her again!
