BACKSTORY: Gorman Bechard’s documentary on Hüsker Dü’s Grant Hart comes to DVD this week with a host of extras, including two additional hours of interview footage with Hart.

RELEASE: The Virgin Years: 1980-1985
BACKSTORY: John Foxx this week releases a 5CD box set including the four albums he released between 1980 and 1985, with B-sides and outtakes added to each album and on a bonus fifth CD called Fusion/Fission.

RELEASE: Close Up Series
BACKSTORY: Suzanne Vega this week releases a 5CD/1DVD  box set rounding up the Close Up albums of her re-recorded catalog originally released between 2010 and 2012, with a disc of bonus material and a live DVD.



BACKSTORY: The new project from Wax Trax! Records mainstay Chris Connelly (Revolting Cocks, Ministry, etc.) and Acumen Nation’s Jason Novak releases its nine-track debut this week. Front 242’s Richard 23 guests.
