Got a request? To be considered for next week’s show, drop it in the comments below by noon Tuesday. Requests will be considered as long as they fit the show’s format and generally within the 1stWave era — and provided the host doesn’t harbor an intense dislike of the song.

  1. A most superb start to the show tonight with We Believe. Twitch is my absolute favourite Ministry album. Thank you oh so very much for the Skinny Puppy. Promised land? This was probably one of the top playlists of the year. I will most definitely be listening to this a few times.

    Could we possibly hear:

    Joy Division- Shadowplay

Please and thank you as always.

  2. Can you dig up “Coffee Homeground” by Kate Bush for next Sunday’s show? Thanx!

  3. Excellent show tonight.

  4. I have to give it to Hour 1 tonight, though that last set starting with NIN made me stay until the end. Great show.

Would like to request some Marquee Moon for an upcoming episode please. Maybe “Ghostdance” or “Dancing at Twilight”.

Appreciate the consideration and the show. Have a great week.

  5. I don’t know if they ever recorded it, but I saw Love and Rockets in Pittsburgh back in 1996 and they covered The Beatles’ “Tomorrow Never Knows”. If a recording of it exists, I’d love to hear it again.

  6. Darkwave was awesome I didn’t hear the exact songs by the bands that i like but I heard the bands witch is good for my this week it is
“So this is silence” by And also the trees
    “Imagination” by Sad Lovers Giants
    Thanks Matt
    Best track this week was
“Less than human “ by The Chameleons

  7. Something I can never have and Myrrh are two forgotten gems. It was nice to hear them on the air last night.

  8. This was one of the best playlists in recent memory, all hours flowed perfectly, and I always love hearing Girls Under Glass. Enjoy the rest of your week!

Joy Division – “I Remember Nothing”

  9. Deadly episode.
