Got a request? To be considered for next week’s show, drop it in the comments below by noon Tuesday. Requests will be considered as long as they fit the show’s format and generally within the 1stWave era — and provided the host doesn’t harbor an intense dislike of the song.

  1. Can you dig up “Fluffy Tufts” by Cocteau Twins for next Sunday’s show? Thanx!

  2. My wife Tina’s Bday is September 11th. May I request
This Mortal Coil – Song To The Siren
    Sugarcubes – Birthday

    Thanks Augie

  3. Hey Matt, can I request the song Turn to Stone by The Grin,

    Thank you

  4. Nice radio show. Request/suggest:
    Wet “That’s The Game”
    (original vocal version)
    Cool Belgian dance floor gem.

  5. That was quite a playlist you set up this week. Starting off with God‘s will be gods was brilliant.

  6. Hard to pick a favorite hour, all were balanced.

    Here are some requests –

Siouxsie and The Banshees – Metal Postcard (Mittageisen)
    Gary Numan – Observer

  7. What a perfect Bunnymen deep cut to kick off the show, just brilliant Matt.

And thanks for playing that awesome Wedding Present cover, got me in the mood for some Twin Peaks! Maybe Dalliance off Seamonsters on a future show?

  8. Great show! The website seems to be working now, just loads very slowly. Hopefully it holds up. My request for next weeks Dark Wave episode is “Nightfall” by The Cassandra Complex. Thanks Matt!

  9. Hi Matt,

“Persuasion” by Soft Cell would be a welcome addition to the darker side of grocery shopping. ✔️

  10. Loved last week’s show! Any chance you could play “Monochrome” by Lush this week?

    Thanks Matt!

  11. Size 14 episode!

    This week’s Darkness Award:
    Q Lazzarus, “Goodbye Horses”

Psyche does a fantastic cover of this song. Hopefully it gets played on this show someday.

  12. Hi Matt!
Your show is the best way to wind up a weekend. My girlfriend and I have been enjoying it for a while now. I’d like to request a couple songs for your next show: Tormenter by Skinny Puppy off Too Dark Park and Prove You Wrong by Prong.

    Thank you!

  13. Great episode this week. I was so happy you played Stabbing Westward a couple weeks ago. They do a great cover of ‘Burn’, ‘Everyday is Halloween’ and ‘The Killing Moon.’ I’d love to hear one of those on an upcoming episode.

  14. Great show. I love the cover of “Falling” from the Twin Peaks soundtrack.
    Request for next week.
Coil- Nasa Arab(Stole and Contaminated Songs)

  15. Jonathan Leon

Is it possible if you could play Prick – Animal. The band is from Nothing Reecords (Trent Reznor)
