Squeeze will take advantage of their booking at the newly expanded two-weekend Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival to book a short run of California dates around the fest this April, plus at least one East Coast concert later in the month with contemporaries Dave Wakeling and The English Beat.

The Elvis Costello box set that the singer himself railed against last fall has actually increased in price over the intervening months — Amazon.com now lists it at $280, up from $260 — but, as promised, fans soon will be able to spend $257.35 less for a slimmed-down repackaging of the set.

Last fall, Eagle Rock Entertainment released the first-ever live album from The B-52s, the 18-track ‘With the Wild Crowd! Live in Athens, Ga.’, recorded in the group’s hometown earlier that year.
