The Sisters of Mercy’s touring plans for 2019 continue to grow, with Andrew Eldritch and Co. planning to follow up their year off in 2018 with an increasing number of performances across Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and, now, South America as well. See the band’s tour dates here.

The Sisters of Mercy announce 2019 tour dates in the U.K., Europe and Australia

After staying off the road entirely in 2018, Andrew Eldritch is poised to take The Sisters of Mercy back out on tour in the fall of 2019, with a pair of late-September concerts in London to be followed by 18 dates across Europe and then a trio of shows in Australia.  See the full tour dates right here.

Rhino Records’ vinyl reissue campaign for The Sisters of Mercy continues with an expanded 4LP box set of the band’s 1992 compilation Some Girls Wander By Mistake, which finds that album spread over two records, and includes bonus 12-inch singles of “Temple of Love” and “Under the Gun.”

The Sisters of Mercy remain a fairly reliable touring unit these days, and 2017 is shaping up to be no different. Andrew Eldritch, Doktor Avalanche and the rest of the current lineup are slated to perform at the U.K.’s Beautiful Days Festival this August, followed by September headlining dates in London and Brussels.
