Billy Idol announces 15-date headlining tour ahead of Cruel World appearance

Punk graduate and MTV staple Billy Idol will head out on the road beginning in late March on a 15-date North American headlining tour ahead of his appearance at May’s Cruel World festival alongside a just-announced lineup that features Siouxsie, Iggy Pop and Love and Rockets.

The tour — on which Idol will be joined by his longtime band, including guitarist Steve Stevens — opens March 30 in Scottsdale, Arizona, and includes four dates in Florida and a number of shows in the midwest before Idol reaches the Cruel World festival on May 20.

Tickets for all of the shows go on sale at 10 a.m. local time Friday, Jan. 27.

  1. I don’t understand how come they never tore Northern California I’m in considering they all live in Southern California you would think San Francisco would not be off the map but we never get to see any shows because you tell me
