  1. “Love and Kisses” by Altered Images

  2. Thanks for the Gang of Four. Loved this episode so much. Great to hear Nebraska on the radio! Also great cuts from ESG, Neon Judgement, and the opening three tracks on the show. Also didn’t mind hearing The 13th. I also think it’s not a bad song. Always thought that if anyone other than The Cure released it, it wouldn’t have gotten so much hate. But what do I know?

Have a great week. Thanks for the show.

  3. Sisters Of Mercy started it off with a bang, the rest of the set rocked as well. Great to replay all week! Maybe next show could include “Grooving In Green” by The March Violets. Dark on!

  4. What a great show tonight. Would like to request give me shelter from Siouxsie and the banshees.

  5. Sin In My Heart – Siouxsie &TB

  6. Hey Matt

Awesome show!! Especially loved Electrafixion’s Zephyr & My Drug by Love and Rockets – and DM’s new track Never Let Me Go (wish they would have played that one also in San Jose last month).

Request for next week: Ten Thousand Hundred Times // Christian Death

    Cheers!

  7. Great choice in Flash and The Pan’s ‘Walking in the Rain’ later set afire in a Grace Jones’ version.

  8. any chance for Front 242 Crushed?

  9. Kaelin Mikla – Solstodur

  10. Bryan CruelWorld

Your show makes me wish I had Sirius XM. Here’s three rare gems from back in the day:
(Clan of) Xymox: “Twisted” (B Side to “Phoenix of my Heart (I think)
Sisters of Mercy: “Torch” (B Side to “This Corrosion”
SIOUXSIE/Banshees: “Song From the Edge of the World 12”
also check out Personal Effects “I See Heroes” if you can find it ( good luck)

  11. Awesome show Matt. When you kick things off with “Vision Thing” you know it’s gonna be a kick ass show. Hour 3 was particularly stellar. “Face Up” is an all time fave New Order deep cut. I enjoyed the Electrafixion and I’m always down for Cocteau Twins, Gang of Four and Wire. “The 13th” is a fun Cure song and certainly a better song than “Mint Car” off the same album. That Nebraska track was killer, nice request from the mysterious G.

Request for next week: “Some Candy Talking” – JAMC

    Have a great week, cheers!

  12. Awesome, thanks for AATT! May I request “Today I Died Again” by Simple Minds (Empires and Dance)? Also I´d love to hear some Wolfsheim. I suggest “The Sparrows and the Nightingales”. Classic. Over here at least…Thank you!

  13. Was a pleasant surprise to hear you pull out “My Drug” from Love & Rockets. Am super excited to see them on tour this summer! So glad they have reunited as it lets a new generation of fans, such as myself, experience their live show.

I’d love to hear “Wake Up” from Love & Rockets. Thanks a lot! Have a great week!

  14. Sex Gang Children – Shattered Room

  15. A few suggestions for next week:

We All Stand — New Order
Abdomen Jones — Barry Andrews (Shriekback)
Sick For Toys — The Sugarcubes

  16. Hello Matt! Another great installment! Thank you so much for Swine and Roses….if that song doesn’t get you to move nothing will!! I’d like to request Skinny Puppy Assimilate…yeah one of their more popular selections…but it kicks major butt and I’m looking forward to hearing it live one last time on the 26th!!
Thanks for all you do! 。◕‿◕。

  17. Hi,
I want to request these remains by TKK.

  18. Constantine

Going to see The Musical Box this weekend – Gabriel era Genesis tribute band

Could I hear Intruder by Peter Gabriel, I think it’s dark enough Matt …..

  19. great stuff, currently listening a second time \m/

Thanks for playing that Flash and the Pan track! was a nice dividing line between the two halves of the show,.

for a request I go back to one of the tracks in the rave-y thread a few weeks back – Ramjac Corporation – Massif, from Live at the Brain. I think it could fit in well! I’ve also had Theme for Great Cities by Simple Minds rolling around in my head for the last few days. Such a great, chugging tune – and you can dance to it.

Thanks as always for what ya do, Matt!

  20. Thank you for Spectre! Thanks for also playing my favorite Rose of Avalanche song : – )

How about another Lucy show? Come Back To The Living?

  21. Thanks for the Skinny Puppy track. They played a great set. Lead Into Gold, however, for me was the highlight. Their live version of Faster Than Light was absolutely top notch- great sound, great mix, and a commanding performance!

    Ethyl Meatplow “Queenie”

    “As you question your sanity
    She’s safe as your pain
    One flaw about Queenie
    Is a sadistic brain”

  22. Lovely episode.

    This week’s Darkness Award:
    Love and Rockets, “My Drug”

    Request for future show:
English Boy on the Love Ranch, “Sex Vigilante”

  23. Matt- I’ve been super busy and did not listen to the show on Sunday. Next week I’ll be making time to listen and hope you’ll play Last Caress by the Misfits. Have a good week all.

  24. Randall Griffith

Please play “Rubber Ring” by The Smiths

    Thanks,
    Randall

  25. Enjoyed each hour!

  26. Hey Matt, any chance to play Cracker from Ohgr’s first solo record/ hoping he feels better on the tour.

    Thanks, Peter
