  1. Outstanding show as always. The shoe gaze set was an absolute knock out. For next would you play:

    Love and Rockets-Love Me

I saw them a while back and it was a top five show for sure. Thank you for doing the Lord’s work.

  2. Great show tonight Matt! I loved the prayers for rain tonight! Goodnight!

  3. Great show! Can you please play Hyperventilation by The Brian Jonestown Massacre? Thanks!

  4. Ken Carlyle

    Another banging set list, Matt.

If you could please spin Die Krupps “Germaniac (no human contact mix)”

or any other Die Krupps track, I’m not picky.

Thanks for putting out the best three hours of radio each week.

  5. Cracking set! Hand in Glove was the perfect start to the show. Hour one was the winner for me but all three were fantastic. Thanks for spoiling us with another shoegaze block. Can’t wait to see Slowdive in October.

Have a great week Matt, cheers!

  6. Thanks for the Dream 6. I always wished I could hear her sing that one live. Agree with Nathan that Hour 1 was the winner, though Hour 3 went down swinging.

Thanks again for the great music. Have a good week.

  7. All was good, but hour one was the standout!

    The Misfits – London Dungeon
    Front 242 – Don’t Crash

    Thanks!

  8. Lords of the New Church – Going Downtown

  9. New PiL- Car Chase. It is very much like old PiL.

  10. Great show Matt. See you’re putting Lush,Curve Catherine Wheel etc to gather now in the playlist . My favorite groups. Don’t know if u consider Blue Nile dark wave or not but Headlights on the Parade is very good….

  14. Hi, Matt! I’m listening to this one a touch later than usual, and I’m struggling to pick a favorite hour; another awesome show, as always. Can’t wait for next Sunday’s. I’d love to hear some Julian Cope – perhaps Charlotte Anne, although any track of his would be great. Hope you have a great week! <3

  15. Clinic-If you could read your mind.

  16. The Smothered Hope cover by Ministry is still blowing my mind 3 days later. Worlds collide! Thanks!

  17. Such a nice surprise to have more shoegaze. I love the shoegaze so much. So dreamy. Holding out hope that the shoegaze set becomes a weekly installment….. much love and thank you

  18. Captain Feedback

Even though you recycle 60% of the same playlist week in week out, you are forgiven as you played When You Sleep.

  19. Anything with Stiv Bators

  20. Hey Matt,
How about a request for Nik Fiend’s first band Demon Preacher with the song “Little Miss Perfect” ?

PS, great show last Sunday :)

    Tnx, Peter

  21. Another awesome show! Listened a bit late this week – in the 92-degree California heat!! ;-). Thanks as always Matt! Next request – back to the Land of Zoth Ommog:

X Marks The Pedwalk // My Back

    Cheers!

  22. Matt, first I want to just say thank you. Your show is a wonderful oasis of sound in a world of ‘me too’ and ‘what can i do to get sales’. The artists you play and the set lists you create are expansive, thought provoking and always enhancing growth. Have become a new fan of Drop Nineteens and James Ray and the Performance…artists introduced to me by you.
This is the only place i can hear the genius David Sylvian on the air and more of him is always welcome. Also curious if you have ever come across Parade in Paris, a band from the west coast of FL in the mid to late 80s…would appreciate hearing anything of theirs
    respect
    earnie

  23. Anyone else listen to “You’re So Cool” by Grey Factor 800 times since this set besides me?! Sooooooo goooooooooddddd!!! Love learning about anything I may have missed back in the dayz. Thanks Matt!!!
