Yes to a themed set of Manchester music! Wonderful idea. And for the record, I have no shame or guilt in admitting my love for the Bee Gees but I don’t expect to hear them on Dark Wave. :-)

When it arrives, it will be a long trip downtown to the only record store that carries imports. It will be in a clear plastic outer sleeve, with a stunning Peter Seville designed cover, as Nicole suggested, and cost a head-spinning equivalent of four hours at minimum wage.
Loved this playlist, especially Closer as well as The Smiths’ closer. Been on a Sparks’ kick lately since seeing the Edgar Wright documentary recently. How about the Siouxsie version of “This Town Ain’t Big Enough for the Both of Us”?

Yeah, The Fall’s “Bombast” played in the Spiritualized slot, I was listening live. Same when you listen to the replay on the app. Sirius can be glitchy. Remember a couple months back when the Divinyls replaced what was supposed to be The Chameleons? That was so bizarre it made me chuckle. Would love to hear “Lay Back In The Sun” on a future show, any Spiritualized is always welcome and that’s a great track.
